My Warranty:
All of my work is built to last at least a lifetime.
If you have any problem with something purchased from me, as long as the damage is not due to intentional abuse, my warranty coves the repairs. Just contact me and be ready to pay the low shipping both ways - I cover the rest. It's as simple as that.
I will ship my items properly sanitized and securely packaged. I ship after receiving cleared payment ,via PRIORITY MAIL.
My jewelry should arrive to you within 5 to 7 business days from the day of shipment.
All items ship within 2-3 business days of received payment barring custom work or otherwise noted.
If you for some reason are dissatisfied with your purchase please let me know. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis but I am amenable to exchanges and store credit. Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks from the date of purchase and the package MUST be insured, with a tracking number, no exceptions!
All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please note that this is a handmade item and also custom made, so by purchasing it you agree to inform me of your true ring size.
